
个人简介:黄文超,博士,副教授,硕导,材料高压物性研究所骨干,物理学学科学位建设骨干。2009年本科毕业于南开大学物理学国家基地班。2015年博士毕业于中国科学院上海技术物理研究所,专业为微电子学与固体电子学,博士共同导师为加州大学戴维斯分校(UC Davis)的方敬尧教授。2015年博士毕业后应届在中国航天科技集团公司第510所开展航天材料空间防护与特性研究,2019年初开始在兰州交通大学工作。先后以第一作者在《Material Chemistry and Physics》、《Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials》、《Journal of Infrared and Millimeter Waves》、IEEE工程索引、APS物理学会等国际著名期刊发表SCI、EI收录论文十余篇。以主要发明人申请专利8项,其中已经授权3项。
