雒志学，三级教授，博士生导师（环境科学学科），兰州交通大学学术委员会委员，中国生物数学学会理事，甘肃省数学会理事，甘肃省运筹与控制专业委员会副主任，美国数学会《数学评论》（Math Review）评论员。1995年6月毕业于西安交通大学应用数学专业，获得理学硕士学位，2004年6月毕业于西安交通大学应用数学专业，获得理学博士学位。2013年8月至2014年5月在美国蒙特克莱尔州立大学做访问学者。目前主要从事最优控制理论及应用、生物数学、数学生态学等方面的研究工作，在《Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications》、《Applied Mathematics and Computation》、《数学物理学报》等国内外重要学术刊物上发表科研论文60余篇，研究工作在国内外数学生态学研究领域内产生了一定的影响。目前已培养硕士生36名，指导在读硕士研究生11名，指导在读博士研究生1名。
